Is there an up to date, offline (standalone) GUI available? The online tool is awesome but I cannot use it fully for security reasons.

Anyone else having a issue with Wahid Saleemi's links above? I am getting a "Connection refused" error. I've tried from different browsers and both inside my network and out.
