Another issue when running AutoSPInstaller and creating Web App

This is a snip from the error log when autospinstaller bombs out.

I have shortend the app pool account name, as some others have suggested. Can anyone point out where I could be going wrong here?

It would help to see the portion of the XML that contains the account name in question, perhaps.

Thanks for responding Brian. I decided to blow it all away, and go back to my previous working install script rather than troubleshoot this :(
