I checked to make sure all the user accounts are registered on the DNS server, and can't seem to find anything amiss in the XML files. Anywhere else I should be looking?

here's the script that runs right before the error
 - Web app "My BI Site" already provisioned.
 - Setting up managed paths for "http://SLMSHPNTSVR:8080"
 - Setting up managed path "personal" at "http://SLMSHPNTSVR:8080"
 - Done setting up managed paths at "http://SLMSHPNTSVR:8080"
 - Granting CORP\SP_Services rights to "My BI Site"...Done.
 - Creating Site Collection "http://SLMSHPNTSVR:8080"...
  • Script halted!

Can you post the webapplications node out of your Input XML?
