Looks like you have an earlier error that you should probably try to resolve first:

Install-SPApplicationContent : An exception was encountered when trying to stop service W3SVC

Also, to troubleshoot the "Adding Managed Accounts" error, it would help to see the section in your AutoSPInstallerInputs.xml file that contains the managed accounts.

My finger must have been stuck on the dumb button...not sure how I missed it, but I did not have any passwords entered in that section.  I'll rectifiy that and post the results.

           <ManagedAccount CommonName="spservice">
                <username>DEV\SPServices</username>
                <Password></Password>
            </ManagedAccount>
            <ManagedAccount CommonName="portalapppool">
                <username>DEV\SPPortal</username>
                <Password></Password>
            </ManagedAccount>
            <ManagedAccount CommonName="mysiteapppool">
                <username>DEV\SPMySite</username>
                <Password></Password>
            </ManagedAccount>
            <ManagedAccount CommonName="searchservice">
