SQL server installation before running AutoSPInstaller

I do not want to use SQL express version. I need to install SQL before installing SharePoint, so that I can point to the the full version SQL I installed. It does not appear autoSPInstaller has the script of how to install SQL and configure the SharePoint to the SQL installed earlier instead of the expression version.  Does anyone know how to unattended install SQL server with PowerShell

That's outside of AutoSPInstaller. You should install SQL the way you want first and then simply point to it in the AutoSPInstaller input XML file. You can perform an unattended install of SQL using a configuration file: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd239405.aspx

Correct @wahidsaleemi, also AutoSPInstaller doesn't use or install the Express edition, it expects an existing SQL server somewhere. And as even the SQL non-scripted install is pretty straightforward I didn't see much value in scripting that out and worrying about all the possible variations.
