AutoSPInstaller Errors out when there's no Default Web Site in IIS. The error is in line 1768, where it gets the default website directory without checking if the default web site exists.

I do agree this could be handled better by the script, but for now I'd say simply don't mess with any of the default IIS configurations until after SharePoint is installed.

I have added a bit better handling of the situation where Default Web Site has been deleted, and will be included in the next release. However I still recommend leaving it alone :)
