Changes in this release: AutoSPInstallerFunctions.ps1: Resolved an issue whereby farms using web apps with no host header would be unable to extend or create new web applications due to "hostname could not be parsed" error. The cause was an asterisk in the IIS host header field.

Changes in this release: AutoSPInstallerFunctions.ps1: - InstallCumulativeUpdates function now parses opatchinstall*.log for result code to determine if the patch application worked, was not needed, etc. - InstallCumulativeUpdates also no longer requires the SP2013 March 2013 PU patch to be present in \Updates (e.g. in case it was already applied or slipstreamed) - Added try & catch to the section of CreateEnterpriseSearchServiceApp that issues a request to searchfarmdashboard.aspx so script doesn't blow up if it fails or times out - Consistently used the MatchComputerName function throughout script to better support FQDNs

Description:
Fixed an issue where if you don't provide the install media in the folder and have already installed it (basically you don't want to include the 4GB of install media with the scripts). It will now safely detect the year, and if no binaries detected on the server in the default install path it will still throw the exception indicating missing binaries.

Although, realisticly you should be retrieving this registry key to check for the installed version and the installed binary paths:

This only adds a comment that indicates you should add multiple "Server" elements for each specific server when you wish to install a component to multiple, specific server in a multi-server farm

When I used the xml file I presumed the servers were separated by spaces in one "Server" element but this did not work.

Overall: - Applied patches 13707 and 13698 for improved interoperability with System Center Virtual Machine Manager - External config/answer files for SharePoint, Outlook Web Access and ForeFront Protection for SharePoint are now integrated into AutoSPInstallerInput.xml. You can still refer to external files though, see comments in AutoSPInstallerInput.xml. Thanks to ivan300 for the suggestion!
