I would like to know how would you use the SP-Auto-installer on a high availability always on with distributed SQL?
the situation been that there is a primary site with 2 WFE and 2 App Servers configured to a SQL server that has always on. This always on group has a listener and is spanning 2 servers the primary and secondary SQL.

As a standard install works of the primary, but once you attempt to use the script to do the install on the secondary SQL the db in the always on group says that the db exists and the script fails to continue.

Is possible to change the script as to check to see if the db exists and if it does to use it and continue the rest of the configurations?

Here's a great blog article explaining setting up SharePoint with AlwaysOn groups with a DR farm.

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/sambetts/archive/2015/04/24/setting-up-sharepoint-disaster-recovery-sites-with-sql-alwayson.aspx

For your DR site you, you should have different names for your config and servica application databases don't you (i use a prefix that defines that site)?

For content, just create a temporary content database that you can later delete to get your DR farm built and then attach the read-only copy of your database to the DR farm.
