Don't think I've ever seen that one before. Could you provide more info? What was the last prerequisite to install correctly? Can you tell which one it's choking on?

Hi Brian,

When it starts to install prerequisites it just launches and stops abruptly and it does not show which prerequisite it is trying to install. It seems as if its failing to install as it starts too install the first prerequisite.

Help will be appreciated.

Can you post your PrerequisiteInstaller log? It's usually found in the %TEMP% directory.

Hi Brian,

Thanks for your help. I resolved the issue by installing the prerequisites manually but the error was still  coming. The error disappeared when l changed offlineinstall from true to false. I realised in one enviroment where we used V3.0.3 even when the prerequisite were downloaded into prerequisite folder offlineinstall was set to false and the prerequisite where installed from the folder with no issues.Changed the offlineinstall in the input xml file to false.
