I'm investigating this and wonder if anyone has retrofitted the auto-installer, or if this can be added in the future.

I would love to know this too, as Foxit is what we use in our environment also. 

I'm going to attempt in my next install, which will be in the next month or so. I'll post my results here.

Looks like there was an issue that was fixed for this here: http://autospinstaller.codeplex.com/workitem/16282

I still havn't tried it, but I hope to in the next couple weeks.
