Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem deploying with the autoSPInstaller script. Hopefully someone here can give me a solution. The script aborts after Creating new crawl component...:

It would appear there's a null/missing value to do with Search in the XML... if you want you can post your <EnterpriseSearch> section and we'll have a look.

The XML looks OK, yet there's still something "missing" that the script is complaining about. I wonder if either of the previous services/components failed to be created properly...?

Never mind. I've figured it out. I'd made some changes to the AutoSPInstallerFunctions script in an effort to rename the _CrawlStore database to -CrawlStore. I'd completely forgotten about it. I undid the changes and now al is well. Thanks for all your efforts brianlala.

Ah OK. On a side note, you might want to be careful of dash characters (-) in database names though, I seem to recall there being issues in certain scenarios...?

It seems i have a issue almost similar than you..
