SPCmdletPipeBindException when creating new site collection

Script works fine until about 3/4 of the way through, when it aborts.  Here is a snippet from the transcript...

Was the script run before? You should try deleting the web app and running it again.

Im getting the same message.  I have tried deleteing the webapp and running the script and it errrors at the same spot.

I think i figured it out.  This is my fault

If your creating a custom web app then the localhost setting for the site collection needs to match the url listed for that web app.
