I'm having a problem during the Web Application Creation. When the script tries to apply object cache accounts i got this specif error :

- Creating web applications
- Web app "Portal Home" already provisioned.

- Site "Portal Home" already provisioned.
- Setting up managed paths for "http://maia:80"
- Setting up explicit managed path "help" at "http://maia:80"
- Done setting up managed paths at "http://maia:80"
- Applying object cache accounts to "http://maia:80"...

( I print the Variables to make sur it's fine :
SPWebApplication Name=Portal Home ($wa)
MyDomain\MOSS_SPCacheSuperUser  ($userName)
Super User (Object Cache) ($displayName)
Full Control $perm)

Exception lors de l'appel de "Add" avec "2" argument(s) : " L'utilisateur ou le groupe de domaines spécifié est introuvable. " (User or domain can't be found) Au niveau de C:\SP2010\AutoSPInstaller\AutoSPInstallerFunctions.ps1 : 1396 Caractère : 74 + [Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPPolicy]$policy = $policies.Add <<<< ($userName, $displayName) + CategoryInfo : NotSpecified: (:) [], MethodInvocationException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : DotNetMethodException AVERTISSEMENT : - An error occurred applying object cache to "http://maia:80"

Any idea why ?

The funny thing is that it works if i manually add these account throw the admin panel (using my MOSS_SpAdmin user and not the Moss Installation Account)

I have been getting this error as well:

Exception calling "Add" with "2" argument(s): "The specified user or domain group was not found."At C:\...\AutoSPInstallerFunctions.ps1:1421 char:74+     [Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPPolicy]$policy = $policies.Add <<<< ($userName, $displayName)    + CategoryInfo          : NotSpecified: (:) [], MethodInvocationException    + FullyQualifiedErrorId : DotNetMethodException

Are you entering user accounts in the XML file as DOMAIN\account, or in format?

Hi all,

i am facing the same problem. After that, i am changing the superuseraccounts within input.xml and changed them to accountname@domain.xml and it works fine for me.
Please check, if it is also helpoful and revert back to make sure, brian has the chance to give a hint within input.xml-File!

Thanks for this awesome project!
